The look of Kingdom Hearts is one of psuedo cartoony, pseudo FF FMV look and that's what they predominantly show in the secret trailers, concerning the story arc of KH. I have no doubt that the otherwise animated look won't change. Not so sure what I think about this trailer thought, it's so random. I don't really want them to lose the cartoony style and it looks like they're ditching it somewhat, at least here, for a more generic FF FMV look.
